Service Description
In this introductory class, students will learn the basics of using a DSLR camera on the manual setting. Participants will learn about lighting, posing, ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and several other photographic topics. We will spend approximately 30 minutes of the workshop in the classroom, and the remaining time will be spent outdoors. LEVEL: Beginner AGE: 13 & up CLASS LENGTH: 2 hrs ~Students should ideally have a DSLR camera to participate. A point-and-shoot camera is sufficient, but please keep in mind you will not be able to change all the settings that are discussed in the class. ~Please make sure your camera is fully charged and that you have the appropriate SD card or other storage component at the workshop. ~In the event of inclement weather, we will hold the workshop indoors. ~Coffee, water, and snacks available for no charge.
