AFFILIATE INFORMATION
Please fill out the following form so we can obtain information we need to register you as an affiliate and make sure you get paid when you generate sales!
You will receive your payment via PayPal. What email address is associated with your PayPal account? If you don't have a PayPal account, you will need to set one up (super simple process).
Urban Rhino Marketing Affiliates will receive commission payment based on the sales produced by their marketing code. The commission percent is based upon the individual's current affiliate level, as is the payout date.
Resale of any Urban Rhino products is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination as a marketing affiliate. Marketing Affiliates are also prohibited from claiming ownership or advertising any Urban Rhino products as their own. By checking and signing below, you acknowledge your agreement.
