Tonya Cruser Fisk
Founder & Executive Director
Tonya is an artist, designer, educator, and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for creativity. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and a Master’s in Education, she spent 17 years inspiring young artists as a high school jewelry and aesthetics teacher. In 2013, she founded what would become Liv & Viv Design Co, combining her love of fashion, jewelry, photography, interior design, and the arts into a growing creative brand. Through her YouTube tutorials, INSPIRE Magazine, and various creative ventures, Tonya has built a community centered on sharing knowledge, encouraging self-expression, and making creativity accessible to everyone.
As the founder of Liv & Viv Collective, Tonya is bringing her vision to life by creating a destination where shopping, learning, and creativity come together. The Collective brings together a curated fashion boutique, hands-on art and design classes, creative studios, and a marketplace featuring independent makers. Beyond her business, Tonya is a wife and proud mother of two daughters, Olivia and Vivian, whose names inspired the brand, as well as three stepchildren, Celia, Gavin and Malena. She believes creativity has the power to connect people, build confidence, and strengthen communities, and her mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels inspired to explore their own creative potential.

Courtney Burke
Director of Programs & Operations
As our Director of Operations & Programs, Courtney brings 11 years of experience in leadership, program development, and event production. She also served as Director of the Performing Arts Center in Franklin, Indiana, overseeing programming, events, operations, and large-scale productions.
Courtney brings additional experience as a real estate entrepreneur and business owner, with a passion for creating meaningful experiences, building strong systems, and turning ideas into action.

Lori Allen
Administrative Assistant
Lori a loving mom of five, proud grandmother of eleven and a devoted woman of faith.
As a widow, she has faced life's challenges with strength and grace. Her children and grandchildren are her greatest joy, but above all, Lori puts God first and strives to live each and every day with faith, love, and gratitude.

Heather Eads
Inventory Coordinator
Heather is a wife to her best friend of 24 years and proud mom to her 17-year-old son. Her heart belongs to her family, her sweet dog, Montana, and her faith in God.
Heather is happiest at home and making memories with the people she loves, although she will never turn down a trip to the casino! Faith, family, love, and a little luck.

Kaitee Davidson
Jewelry Making & Ceramics Instructor
Kaitee has been teaching at CNHS since August of 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy with a concentration in Ceramics from the University of Indianapolis, and later completed the Transition to Teaching program through Franklin College.
At CNHS, Kaitee teaches all levels of ceramics as well as introductory jewelry and aesthetics courses, and she enjoys helping students explore three-dimensional art, craftsmanship, and creative problem-solving.
Outside of the classroom, Kaitee enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her dogs Ellie Mae and Sylvie, and supporting student involvement by sponsoring Ceramics Club and National Art Honor Society. She is also a practicing artist and small business owner, and she regularly participates in art festivals across the state. Her goal as an educator is to create a welcoming, creative environment where students feel encouraged to experiment, grow their skills, and develop their own artistic voice.

Kristina Davis
Photography Instructor
Tina Davis is the photographer behind White Oak Creations. As a mom of three girls, she's grown to appreciate the beauty in everyday moments and the stories they tell. Photography has become one of her favorite ways to capture that beauty and express her creativity.
Tina is excited to share her love for photography and to help you feel more confident behind the camera!

Megan Erickson
Fine Arts Instructor
Megan is an artist and an educator. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from Indiana University and has a Teaching License in Art Education. She has 15 years of elementary art teaching experience.
Erickson Heart & Home is Megan's small business where she creates and sells pottery at the Columbus Farmers Market. She is passionate about helping her students express themselves, be creative, learn new skills, build self confidence, and feel empowered no matter their age or ability.
Megan is a wife and a mother of two children who inspire her to try new things and live life to the fullest. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, camping, hosting get-togethers, and spending time making pottery in her “She Shed”.

Atalie Antcliff
Graphic Arts & Fine Arts Instructor
Atalie is an artist, graphic designer, and educator with a bachelor’s degree in Art Education. She has 13 years of teaching experience and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College.
She is also the founder of Ripple & Root Design Studio, where she works with businesses and organizations on branding, marketing materials, and visual design. She believes creativity is for everyone and loves helping others feel confident exploring their own ideas.

Christina Cochran
Fine Arts Instructor
Christina Cochran studied Psychology and Studio Art at Franklin College and brings both curiosity and creativity to everything she does. A writer and photographer for Franklin Magazine, Christina finds endless inspiration in storytelling and visual expression.
When she’s not working, she’s often creating new art, exploring fresh ideas, or capturing life’s details through her lens. Christina lives in historic downtown Franklin with her husband, their two boys, a mini goldendoodle, and two cats, all of whom add color and joy to her creative life.

Cara Broniszewski
Fine Arts Instructor
Cara Broniszewski has a degree in Painting from Ball State University. While painting and drawing are her first loves, she has come to enjoy creating in many forms. Post Ball
State, Cara studied Art Therapy for a time. It was during these studies she developed a core belief that the act of creating is therapeutic and beneficial for everyone.
Cara is thrilled to share a creative space with her beloved community. Cara lives in a historic home in downtown Franklin with her husband, Tim, and 5 children.

Kelly Cole
Floral Crafts Instructor
Kelly is the owner of Mossy Acres Flower Garden, a small flower farm based in Columbus, Indiana. She has been growing flowers for sale since 2019, turning her passion for flowers into a thriving small business she is incredibly proud of.
Kelly specializes in seasonal, locally grown flowers for bouquets, subscriptions, weddings, and special occasions. One of her favorite parts of flower farming is sharing the beauty of her flowers with the local community and bringing a little extra joy to others through what she grows.

Betsy Harkless
Fashion Associate
Betsy currently works as a nanny caring for three wonderful children, ages 7 months, 4 years, and 6 years. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with her fiancé and dog, and spoiling her nieces and nephews!
Betsy loves meeting new people and is excited to bring her friendly personality and enthusiasm to her new role with Liv & Viv Collective.

Bella Windland
Studio Assistant
Bella Windland is 17 years old and plans to attend Indiana University Columbus next year, where she hopes to major in Psychology. She is passionate about dance and currently attends Dance by Design, where she participates in lyrical, hard shoe Irish, and soft shoe Irish dance.
Bella loves all things Hello Kitty, pink, girly, and creative! She enjoys expressing her personality through her interests and bringing a fun, creative spirit to everything she does.
