Tonya Cruser Fisk
Founder & Executive Director
Tonya is an artist, designer, educator, and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for creativity. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and a Master’s in Education, she spent 17 years inspiring young artists as a high school jewelry and aesthetics teacher. In 2013, she founded what would become Liv & Viv Design Co, combining her love of fashion, jewelry, photography, interior design, and the arts into a growing creative brand. Through her YouTube tutorials, INSPIRE Magazine, and various creative ventures, Tonya has built a community centered on sharing knowledge, encouraging self-expression, and making creativity accessible to everyone.
As the founder of Liv & Viv Collective, Tonya is bringing her vision to life by creating a destination where shopping, learning, and creativity come together. The Collective brings together a curated fashion boutique, hands-on art and design classes, creative studios, and a marketplace featuring independent makers. Beyond her business, Tonya is a wife and proud mother of two daughters, Olivia and Vivian, whose names inspired the brand, as well as three stepchildren. She believes creativity has the power to connect people, build confidence, and strengthen communities—and her mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels inspired to explore their own creative potential.

Director of Programs & Operations
As our Director of Operations & Programs, Courtney brings 11 years of experience in leadership, program development, and event production. She also served as Director of the Performing Arts Center in Franklin, Indiana, overseeing programming, events, operations, and large-scale productions.
Courtney brings additional experience as a real estate entrepreneur and business owner, with a passion for creating meaningful experiences, building strong systems, and turning ideas into action.

Administrative Assistant
Lori a loving mom of five, proud grandmother of eleven and a devoted woman of faith.
As a widow, she has faced life's challenges with strength and grace. Her children and grandchildren are her greatest joy, but above all, Lori puts God first and strives to live each and every day with faith, love, and gratitude.

Inventory Coordinator
Heather is a wife to her best friend of 24 years and proud mom to her 17-year-old son. Her heart belongs to her family, her sweet dog, Montana, and her faith in God.
Heather is happiest at home and making memories with the people she loves, although she will never turn down a trip to the casino! Faith, family, love, and a little luck.

Megan Erickson
Fine Arts Instructor
Megan is an artist and an educator. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from Indiana University and has a Teaching License in Art Education. She has 15 years of elementary art teaching experience.
Erickson Heart & Home is Megan's small business where she creates and sells pottery at the Columbus Farmers Market. She is passionate about helping her students express themselves, be creative, learn new skills, build self confidence, and feel empowered no matter their age or ability.
Megan is a wife and a mother of two children who inspire her to try new things and live life to the fullest. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, camping, hosting get-togethers, and spending time making pottery in her “She Shed”.

Atalie Antcliff
Graphic Arts & Fine Arts Instructor
Atalie is an artist, graphic designer, and educator with a bachelor’s degree in Art Education. She has 13 years of teaching experience and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College.
She is also the founder of Ripple & Root Design Studio, where she works with businesses and organizations on branding, marketing materials, and visual design. She believes creativity is for everyone and loves helping others feel confident exploring their own ideas.
